Being a not-for-profit, our workflow tends to differ from that of larger entities. Lanteria lets us take advantage of the SharePoint framework and tailor the processes to fit our specific needs. We also utilize Performance Management for our yearly evaluations. If you're transitioning from other systems, it's crucial to plan ahead and verify that the standard features meet your needs; otherwise, you'll have to customize everything before you get started.

Lanteria really provides a fantastic product, complete with a dedicated support crew and solid documentation that’s super helpful before, during, and after you get it up and running.

Once you’ve got it set up, Lanteria has all the essential tools for managing HR. You can track absences, knowledge, salary details, manage approval periods, assign training, and a whole lot more.

When it comes to reporting, there’s a ton of potential. It includes some default reports, but you can tweak them to fit your needs, and it’s quite easy to do.

On the downside, they don’t have support in Spanish, which can be a bit of a hurdle for folks who aren’t fluent in English.

This platform is super user-friendly and straightforward, but if you ever have any doubts or questions, the support team is always nice and ready to assist you quickly. It's great to have so many features available in one place. You can tell that a ton of effort went into building this platform to make it work well for everyone, and it really reflects in how customers feel about it.

I found the time-off request process to be super straightforward, and it really cuts down on the time spent waiting for approvals. The learning catalog is an awesome resource for courses, since it connects with LinkedIn Learning and Go1 offerings.

I do see a few issues, particularly the user interface can feel a tad daunting initially, but as you dive deeper, it becomes more manageable.
